⋄ All bookings are non-refundable in case of reservation within 72 hours before the execution date/time.
⋄ In case of any refunds, the company will refund the due amount in the same method of payment (Bank charges will be applied).
⋄ All bookings are non-refundable in case of no show.
⋄ Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
⋄ We reserve the right to refuse any changes to your booking, according to availability situation.
⋄ We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that occurs during your day trip.

⋄ The company is not responsible for any missing in Client’s travel documents (pre-entry visa, security permissions…etc.) and in case the airport authorities refused Client’s travel documents, our service fees will be fully charged to Clients’ accounts.
