"Day Trip" refers to a trip that starts and ends on the same day.

All times on our website is in CLT (Cairo Local time).

Payment for all our services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received in full.

All prices on the website are per person, unless stated otherwise.

Payment for our services is made through a secure payment gateway.

All bookings are non-refundable in case of reservation within 72 hours before the execution date/time.

In case of any refunds, the company will refund the due amount in the same method of payment (Bank charges will be applied).

All bookings are non-refundable in case of no show.

Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to refuse any changes to your booking, according to availability situation.

We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that occurs during your day trip.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs as a result of any third-party services that you may book through our website.

By continuing to use our website after any changes to these terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by the modified terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on our website.

The company is not responsible for any missing in Client’s travel documents (pre-entry visa, security permissions…etc.) and in case the airport authorities refused Client’s travel documents, our service fees will be fully charged to Clients’ accounts.
