Day (01) – Arrival Day – Cairo 

Arrival at Cairo International Airport. 2DiscoverEgypt representative will meet and assist you through the immigration and customs formalities area, and then you will be escorted to your hotel where you will stay the next 04 nights based on bed and breakfast.

Overnight at your hotel in Cairo.

Day (02) – Cairo – Full Day Tour Giza Pyramids, Memphis and Sakkara

After breakfast, Meet 2DiscoverEgypt representative at the hotel and depart for a full-day tour. Visit the oldest and the only one to remain largely intact of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World; the great Khufu’s (Cheops) pyramid.

Continue to visit the rest of Giza pyramids plateau including Khafre’s pyramid and Mecernes followed by a stop at the Sphinx, the huge sculpture of a pharaoh’s head on a lion’s body.

Drive to visit Memphis, the ancient capital and current open air museum. Continue to visit the step pyramids of Sakkara, the first pyramid in Egypt. 

Transfer back to the hotel and Overnight at your hotel in Cairo.

Day (03) – Cairo City Tour; Full Day Tour Egyptian Museum, Cairo Citadel and Khan El-Khalili

Breakfast at the hotel. Guided tour to explore the treasures of the Egyptian Museum which is housing more than 120'000 genuine antiquities covering almost 5,000 years of Egypt's history from the Old Kingdom through the Roman era.

Continue to visit the Citadel of Salah El Din including the marvelous Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali. At the end of the tour you will visit Khan El-Khalili, a major tourist Mamlouk style market. You will have enough time to go for shopping among the special bazaars. Transfer back to the hotel.  

Overnight at your hotel in Cairo.

Day (04) – Cairo – Full Day Tour Old Coptic Cairo 

After breakfast, guided tour to visit Old Coptic Cairo. Old Coptic Cairo is not only about Christian history, it is where you will meet the three of Abrahamic religions at the same place. Visit Amr Ibn Al-as Mosque, the first mosque built in Egypt.

Continue to the Roman Babylon fortress to go through the Christian history. It is believed that the Holy Family (Child Jesus, St. Mary and St. Joseph) visited this area and stayed at the site of Saints Sergius and Bacchus Church (Abu Serga).

You will also visit the hanging church of St. Mary (El Muallaqa) and St. George Church for Greek Orthodox that were built above the fortress.

The tour ends inside the ruins of the Roman fortress to visit the Coptic Museum. The Museum displays around 1600 items back to different century in the Coptic History. Transfer back to the hotel and Overnight at your hotel in Cairo.

Day (05) – Departure Day

Check out after breakfast at the Hotel, after that transfer to Cairo International Airport for your International flight.
