Day (01) – Arrival Day – Cairo 

Arrival at Cairo International Airport. 2DiscoverEgypt representative will meet and assist you through the immigration and customs formalities area, and then you will be escorted to your hotel in Cairo where you will stay the next 03 nights.

Overnight in Cairo.

Day (02) – Cairo – Full Day Tour Giza Pyramids, Memphis and Sakkara  

After breakfast, Meet 2DiscoverEgypt tour guide at the hotel and depart for a full-day tour. Visit the oldest and the only one to remain largely intact of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the great Khufu’s (Cheops) pyramid.

Continue to visit the rest of Giza pyramids plateau including Khafre’s pyramid and Mecernes followed by a stop at the Sphinx, the huge sculpture of a pharaoh’s head on a lion’s body.

Drive to visit Memphis, the ancient capital and current open air museum. Continue to the step pyramids of Sakkara the first pyramid in Egypt. Transfer back to the hotel.

Overnight at Cairo.

Day (03) – Full Day Tour Egyptian Museum, Cairo Citadel and Khan El-Khalili 

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart to explore the treasures of the Egyptian Museum which is housing more than 120'000 genuine antiquities covering almost 5,000 years of Egypt's history from the Old Kingdom through the Roman era.

Continue to visit the Citadel of Salah El Din including the marvelous Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali. At the end of the tour you will visit Khan El-Khalili,

a major tourist Mamlouk style market. You will have enough time to go for shopping among the special bazaars. Transfer back to the hotel.

Day (04) – Cairo/Luxor 

Check out after breakfast. Meet 2DiscoverEgypt representative at the hotel who will escort you to Cairo Airport for Luxor flight.

Arrival at Luxor Airport. Meet 2DiscoverEgypt representative and transfer to your 5* Nile cruise which will be your home in the next 04 nights based on Full Board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

PM: Lunch on board

PM: Visit the East Bank - Karnak & Luxor Temples

PM: Evening entertainment at the Lounge

PM: Dinner on board

Overnight in Luxor

Day (05) – Luxor/Edfu

AM: Breakfast on board. Depart to the West Bank. Visit the Valley of Kings that had been nearly 500 years the burials spot of the New Kingdom Pharaohs. 

Beneath the cliffs visit the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. On route, you will have a stop before the two Colossi Memnon the two huge figures of Amenhotep III”

Back to the cruise ship and enjoy the sailing to Edfu via Esna.

Overnight in Esna

Day (06) – Edfu/Kom Ombo/Aswan

AM: Breakfast on board. Take a horse carriage drive to visit the falcon headed god Temple of Horus in Edfu.

PM: Have lunch while sailing to Kom Ombo and visit the unusual double temple of the crocodile god Sobek and god Horarris.

Later dinner on board and sail to Aswan.

Day (07) – Aswan

AM: Breakfast on board. Aside of the ancient achievements, visit the High Dam as one of the most important achievements in the last century.

PM: Later visit the unfinished Obelisk that lies in its original location in a Granite Quarry. Drive to the Nile Shore to take a short motor boat sail to visit the beautiful Philae Temple was reallocated by UNISCO to avoid the Nile flood after building the High Dam.

Back to the cruise ship. Lunch and dinner on board.  

Day (08) – Aswan/Cairo

Disembarkation after breakfast. 2DiscoverEgypt representative will escort you to Aswan Airport for Cairo flight.

2DiscoverEgypt representative will be waiting for you at Cairo Airport to escort you to a hotel near to the airport for overnight.

Day (09) – Departure from Cairo International Airport

Breakfast at the Hotel. Check out and meet 2DiscoverEgypt representative at the Hotel who will escort you to Cairo International airport and help you with the airport formalities until your check into your flight.
